| The Botz PRO Range of glazes is a new range contemporary colours suitable for both Earthenware and Stoneware. The range is designed around a selection of luxurious pastel shades, and has a distinct semi transparent glassy effect.
For best results, ensure the jar contents are thoroughly stirred before use, and apply 2 to 3 generous coats of glaze. Allow to dry for a day before firing. Firing results will depend on the glaze thickness, clay being used, vessel shape and firing temperature. Colour intensity and glassy effect increases with temperature, and has a tendency to run if thickly applied from 1150C upwards. Ideal firing temperature 1020-1280C. Suitable for food use.
